Update: Toshiba tweeted that the Folio 100 will be arriving in EMEA in Q4 priced at 329 pounds (inc. VAT)
Here’s our hands on with Toshiba’s Folio 100 Tegra 2, Android 10.1-inch tablet – the tablet version of the Toshiba AC100 smartbook as they share the same specs and some of the software. Seems to be early days for this tablet; the version of Android (2.2) they have on here looks half finished and the touchscreen wasn’t that responsive.
We saw the specs earlier today but just to recap – a 10.1″ 1024 x 600 display with capacitive touch, Android 2.2, 16GB memory, Bluetooth, IR sensor, VGA webcam, accelerometer, and for ports and connections, a dock connector, lock switch, SIM card slot, volume rocker, headphone jacks, SD card reader, HDMI, USB and mini USB.
