It looks like even though Lenovo denied using the new processor in its netbook series various Australian hardware stores list the Lenovo IdeaPad S10-3 with Intel Atom N550 1.5 GHz processor. The specific model number is 06475CM. It looks like the same old S10-3 but with the new dual-core processor and its DDR3 memory installed. As a price for the new model 699 Australian dollars, which is the equivalent of €493. It is meant to hit the streets on September 7 2010.
The Lenovo IdeaPad S10-reamed 3 continues to have one a 10.1-inch display with a glossy surface and a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. The system has 1 GB of DDR3 RAM and a 250-gigabyte hard drive. We’ve also got Bluetooth 2.1, a 1.3-megapixel webcam, 5-in-1 card reader, wireless-N and Windows 7 starter. If and when the Lenovo IdeaPad S10-3 with Intel Atom N550 Dual-Core processor no word yet on when this will be hitting the streets anywhere else.
