The 7-inch iPad rumor is back and Digitimes reports it’ll have a Cortex-A9 processor, an IPS panel and the same 1024 x 768 resolution as on the current iPad. iLounge says this model has been completed already and is ready for an announcement later this year or early 2011, which is when an upgraded (original 9.7″) iPad will arrive, also with a Cortex-A9 processor.
