Last week Apple managed to successfully ban the Galaxy Nexus for sale, it’s since been un-banned, but that doesn’t mean that there won’t be problems next week. So to stick it to the man, since the Galaxy Nexus won’t be banned here in Taiwan we decided to give away 3 devices!

    Great video. I think there is a point for patents. But the way it’s handled at the moment is really insane. And I would go even further and take a look at the medicine or biology sector (i.e. seeds) where the patents-abuse in my point of view is sometimes even bigger – or let’s say has much more ‘casualties’.

    Even so I also need a new phone and could really use the galaxy nexus…

    Hmm, feel kind of lousy to write this under my statement above. Cause the patent issue surely is very important. So hopefully even more than 50k people will see your video. Good luck with that! :)

    I think it’s quite sad that Apple are stooping to such levels just because they are starting to lose a portion of their market share to Android. Instead of innovating and competing with the other manufactures, they’ve chosen to simply sue those who are standing in their way. This is a horrible business practice and I hope that soon the patent system put this situation to rest or at least finds a way to solve it.

    I enjoyed the video, subscribed, shared, and will be checking out your past and future videos along with following the tech news on this site. And, of course, it would be completely awesome to win a Galaxy Nexus.
