We came across the Sony Vaio M126 in Mumbai India, this netbook is essentially an upgraded Sony Vaio W but with an Intel Atom N470 processor and improved battery life. It comes with 2GB of DDR2 Ram and has a display size of 10.1 inch and 1024 x 768 pixel display. Other specs include a 320GB HDD, Intel Media Acc 3150, IEEE 802.11 b/g/n, BT, Windows 7 Starter 32 Bit, 6 Cell and a weight of 1.4 Kg. If you want to check out our hands on video, its after the break.

It is available now in Mumbai for 22,990 Rupees which is roughly $475USD. I’m sure the price could have come down a bit had I tried to haggle. It also comes in Pink, White & Black.

I am using ths netbook from the last 25days. The problem with ths is that the battery will stand only up to 3 hour. The touch pad is not much impressive.. And with windows 7stater, u cannt change the wallpaper(?) which i felt as strange..
If u hav a laptop and looking for an alternative for your journeys, do not buy this one..
But if u can afford only a net book and u want something better, buy it..
