Want to play fruit ninja and get a great work out at the same time? Haier may just have exactly what you’re looking for with a Sandy Bridge laptop with the integrated motion sensing module that uses the camera to detect movement. The results are obviously hilarious and Paul who is at IDF Beijing said that either it worked flawlessly or not at all. This appears to be the trend with all motion sensors in laptops that I have had hands on with as well.
Motion sensors in Ultrabooks are meant to be one of Intel’s big initiatives for the next generation of Ultrabooks and it looks like we’re starting to see the first signs of that emerging now.
