Daewoo LUCOMS Solo C920-miniDaewoo, a brand more well recognized for its cars rather than its computers in most of the world, has launched a netvertible in its home market of Korea. The LUCOMS Solo C920-Mini as it’s known as has a couple of interesting features and some rather disappointing ones.

The C920 features a fairly standard netbook configuration with an Atom N270 processor, the 945GSE chipset and 1GB of RAM. It also has a tiny 60GB hard drive, although Daewoo has gone for a 1.8-inch drive, which is why the capacity is so low. Other features include the 8.9-inch touch screen display with 1,024×600 resolution, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, 10/100Mbit Ethernet, two USB 2.0 ports, a memory card slot, a pair of audio jacks and a 1.3Megapixel webcam.

The C920 also features a carrying handle at the rear and it comes witha 6-cell battery which Daewoo rates at 6h of usage, which seems a little bit on the high side. The C920 also seem to feature a motion sensor which allows for automagical pivoting of the screen when moved from landscape to portrait mode.

You also get a stylus with the C920, but it should work with your fingers as well. Sadly it comes with a bog standard versions of Windows XP installed, rather than the tablet PC version which would’ve made a lot more use of the features of the C920. You can find the product page here
