Frustratingly, Netflix has been doing staggered roll-outs of their Android app, first to certain phones, then recently opening it up to all phones running Android 2.2 and 2.3.
Then certain Honeycomb tablets like the Lenovo ThinkPad and the Asus Eee Transformer got official “certification” before other Android tablets for whatever reason. This can’t be beneficial for Android tablets’ adoption rates!
Fear not, though, because finally Netflix has officially announced that all Honeycomb tablets, that is, all tablets running Android 3.x, are now compatible with the Android app.
Also, if you are an Android tablet user in either Canada or Latin America, rejoice because the Netflix app is available to you now.
The Netflix Android app can be downloaded for free in the Android Market.
