Fusion Garage has a predictable pattern when it comes to releasing their produces, the Grid 10 Tablet with a customized Android kernel looks like its experiencing a shipping delay. We were expecting to see the tablet ship on September 15th and now we’re hoping for October 1st. We’re also seeing a change in price from $499 for the WiFi model and the 3G was meant to run $599 and now Fusion Garage is dropping the price by $200.

the Grid 10 sports a 10.1-inch 1366 x 768 multi-touch capacitive display, Grid OS, Nvidia Tegra 2 clocked to 1.2GHz, 512MB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a front facing 1.3MP webcam, stereo speakers, GPS, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, HDMI output, Micro SD card slot with the 3G model supporting HSDPA and GSM. Total weight is 690g with a thickness of 13.9mm.
Fusion Garage is up for Pre-Order on Amazon at the original price of $499, so we’ll try to keep an eye out for the $200 price drop which is already available on their website.
We’ve got a video of the Grid 10 OS in action here:
