10″ 3D Display Demoed by Sharp Aimed at Tablets & Netbooks

Sharp 3D Display for Netbooks

Japanese electronics company Sharp showed a 3D display measuring 10.1 and 10.6 inches which could be used in netbooks. What sets this apart from traditonal 3D is that you don’t need glasses to see it in 3D, Sharp has actually come out with 3.4″ 3D displays. These screens are going to be touch screen compatible with no word yet on pricing or availability.

On a side note I am not overly impressed by this 10.1″ form factor as Samsung was showing a 24″ No Glasses 3D TV at CES in January. But No glasses 3D would be cool you would need great lighting at all times, so the mobile aspect might be a little hindered unless it comes with the ability to turn off the 3D while on the go.
