Time for your daily dose of iPad 2 rumors, they’ve been hitting pretty much every day recently. Today there are leaked case mold drawings over at 9to5mac obtained from an Asian case supplier that confirm previously leaked shots and video of supposed actual iPad 2 cases suggesting a new design for the iPad, rear facing camera, expanded speaker but also suggest another feature that is rumored – an addition of another port which is rumored to be either a mini USB or SD card slot. Today, CNET heard from a “trusted insider” that it’s a USB port, and of course we’ve heard this in the past on numerous occasions.
There’s also rumor of a thickness reduction from Apple’s measurement of 13.4mm down to 8.5mm, although it’s not clear if both are measured using the same standard.
