Toshiba’s Folio 100 10-inch Android tablet didn’t get off to a good start, getting pulled off the shelves in the UK due to a combination of customer complaints and hardware not working as well as expected. Toshiba’s promised firmware update has arrived and fixes some of these earlier complaints according to feedback on the XDA developer forums – improved touch responsiveness, lag fixed, addition of pinch-zoom for apps and smoother video / audio processor. Flash software was not included in this release but it can be installed separately.
