In mid November we’ll see the MeeGo Conference happen in Dublin. Now, it wouldn’t be crazy to think we might see another MeeGo tablet announced during the event. The WeTab which goes on sale next week in Germany already packs a customized MeeGo interface so it’s certainly ready.
Mobile Entertainment sources suspect exactly this. We didn’t hear a peep out of MeeGo at the Nokia World conference the other day, which was all about smartphones but these sources say they are preparing for a big splash with MeeGo based tablets and smartphones at the MeeGo event. Adding fuel to the fire, Nokia has hired a former Palm designer who headed the Palm Pre design team which is apparently big news and now he’s in charge of looking after MeeGo.
