The usb and pointer was nice, I guess, but it seems like I'd lose one or both of them pretty quickly. The VGA port and stuff I may not use often, but the headphone jack I'm almost positively using frequently, but it looks like I'd have to remove them to get access to it.
No matter though, I'm not going to buy one anytime soon. They aren't even available in the USA yet! ;-)

sounded like you got a reaction from the booth staff when you removed the lid film...
btw, i fear those netbooks are starting to look the same both internally and externally, tho i loved the integrated usb stick and laser :D

That's why this week is so exciting for us at IDF! PINETRAIL!!!!
UpLinq 2010 in San Diego June 30- July 1, 2010 was full of innovative products and devices. Netbook News was there to capture innovations around mHealth with the Dexcon Wireless Bandaid Offers 7 Days Glucose Monitoring and Bluetooth stethoscopes. Snapdragon tablets are the talk of the town but not at UpLinq, but we did get a hands on with the Snapdragon SDK on the MSM8655 handheld device. Another advancement that it was good to see was around Augmented Reality, Mattel has come out with a remake of the 1960s game Rockem’ Sockem’ whose effects are visually stunning.
