Are you sure that the screen resolution is 1280 x 720? I'll bet it's 1366 x 768. Many times marketing literature will say 720p resolution on displays that are 1366 x 768. I haven't read of any LCD manufacturers making 1280 x 720 10 or 10.1 inch LCDs. But I did read earlier this year that LG (and possibly Samsung) would be producing 10.1 LCDs with 1366 x 768 resolution. Here's a link to a blog posting about it.
