Installing the runcore SSD is a piece of cake… pity the ZIF connector is upside-down compared to the original drive, so be careful when installing that you don't miss that! There's a write-up on it on my site, feel free to drop by (http://www.richardwalker.com.au/2009/08/13/runc…).

Could you link to the ssd, because they have a lot different versions.
Also, did you install the runcore ssd on a vaio p that came with ssd or that came with old harddrive? Because I want to know if there is compability issues (on runcore's site they only list “vaio p ssd” as compatible……)

Hi there I like your test.
I am looking to buy a vaio p shortly.
Can I ask what was the Ghz speed of the Vaio P using the Runcore SSD?

I recently purchased a PC and there is so much that needs to be known and tested. It’s great to have information on various testing and doing processes that are educational.
