With the Samsung X125 selling in the UK (see Amazon) and parts of Europe (like Italy) we can expect some reviews to start coming in and indeed one is up on YouTube.
Modeblog.nl, a fashion centric blog out of the Netherlands has a review up. They loved the design and build quality but weren’t so keen on the very limited lid fold out range, how hot it gets (65 / 149 degrees) and the poor battery life (they got 2 hours web browsing at 50% brightness) with the 4-cell battery. A 6-cell battery should get you around 4 hours.
The Samsung X125 is an 11.6-inch notebook based on the AMD platform – an AMD Athlon II Neo K125 processor (single core, 1.7GHz), 2 – 3GB RAM, ATI Radeon HD 4225 graphics, 320GB HDD, Bluetooth 3.0, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, HDMI, Windows 7 Home Premium and either a 4-cell or 6-cell battery. It comes in white with a matte lid and inner chassis. Glossy screen and bezel.
