There are two upcoming Samsung events that have electrified our imaginations. Tomorrow an event is scheduled at which we expect to see the Galaxy Note 10.1. But that’s already up in circulation, so we can not exclude the possibility that tomorrow’s presentation might include the Galaxy Note 2. GSMArena has now published a leaked picture of the large smartphone. The guys (and the source) won’t say whether or not it’s authentic, but I imagine that this is a relatively realistic design of the Galaxy Note 2.

The next big date for a Samsung event is August 29 at IFA in Berlin. We will be there to update you on every move made by Samsung. By then it is almost certain that we will see the Galaxy Note 2. GSMArena has also mentioned something of note:

Finally, some good news for the Galaxy S III users out there. The Jelly Bean update for the flagship smartphone is almost ready and will be released alongside the Galaxy Note II at the Samsung press conference on August 29.

So keep your fingers crossed that both the Galaxy Note 2 and the Galaxy S3 will be getting the Jelly Bean upgrade. We’ll know very very soon!
