Acer’s PR agency has announced on several occasions that the Acer Iconia Tab A510 is widely available, but Acer has finally acknowledged that it isn’t. Acer Germany has reported on Facebook that the A510 is delayed because of a faulty component, what component they didn’t say. This means that the Iconia Tab A510 and the 3G Iconia Tab the A511 are both delayed. Even the Amazon listing for the A510 indicates that the item is faulty and is currently under review.
That’s too bad, the A510 has recieved good reviews and is available for decent price, atleast they are taking the time to get the product right. We’ll keep an eye out for more updates, hopefully we’ll be seeing one soon that says they’re good to go.
