Oha – Chrome for iOS! If it really happens like analysts are now saying, the history of the web browser on modern devices will change once more in a very exciting way. Macquarie analyst Ben Schacter says that Chrome will not only soon be available on iPhone and iPad, but even let slip that Apple had already checked the code and a release in the second quarter – that is until the end of June – would be possible.
If it still does not work out by June, it should happen at least within the year, according to Schacter. Finally Google will make money when it is used to search the internet within the Safari browser. We will be sure to let you know as soon as Apple and Google make it official.
