Yesterday at the Toshiba 25th Anniversary Press Conference we got our hands on the Toshiba T210 sub-notebook, which kind of reminded us of a disco-ball! Its ultra shiny finish on the palm rest area had us wondering about how well the surface would wear. We still enjoyed our hands on this solid 11.6″ mobile computer with the Intel Pentium U5400. Why does toshiba US always ship these with AMD processers!!???
where in the US can i possibly get a T210/T215 with a intel CPU???????
AMD is always battery draining and why would you wanna buy a light weight laptop when you still have to carry your adapter around looking for sockets??
NO MORE AMD PROCESSORS FOR ULTRAPORTABLES THANK YOU

Agreed! I just spent 20 minutes trying to make sure that the nb350 (only available in the UK) was in fact the upgraded nb305!!

With respect, I think the videos including the ports walkthrough is a waste of time. Everyone knows what they include. Mention HDMI and that's about all anyone cares about. Find me a computer that you have reviewed that doesn't include lock, card reader, usb, blah blah. Just my opinion, but it's getting old. Maybe take 5 seconds talking about the ports instead of 30 to 60 seconds. Thanks.

I am assuming the US AMD/ATI version gets less battery life. The HDD is also 5400rpm. It looks like the hp dm1z offers more configuration options. The red t215 one sure is damn pretty though….
