Looks like Japan is getting a slightly modified MSI U135 with the MSI U135DX they are essentially the same thing except the DX comes with the DD3-compatible Atom N455 processor that comes in the U135DX. This netbook with minor upgrade is now available in Japan for 37800 Yen which is about to $435 USD.
Under the hood we have the Atom N455 processor, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, Intel NM10 chipset, 10.1-inch 1024×600 display, Windows 7 Starter Edition, 3x USB 2.0 ports, Ethernet, Wireless LAN (b/g/n), VGA, 0.3MP webcam and a disappointing 3-cell battery.
