Johannes from NewGadgets.de attended the IFA-Preview and Samsung was the only company to exhibit a netbook, and even they were more concerned with consumer goods and television. The Samsung N230 comes with a matte display and a sleek design that makes you sit up and take notice. When it comes to upgrading looks like you’ll have to rip apart the whole unit to upgrade the HDD, but at least there is a service door for RAM. The battery has a capacity of 2950mAh, and if we had to guess I’d wager

5-6 hours. According to Samsung, the netbook can keep up with a 6-cell battery for up to 13 hours. And for other specs its pretty on par with most other netbooks with an Intel Atom N450 one, plus 1 GB of RAM and 250 GB hard drive. As for connectivity you’re looking at WLAN 802.11b/g/n Bluetooth 3.0.
