We’ve already pre ordered our ASUS Padfone here in Taiwan but we’ve been waiting on official pricing for other markets.  The Asus Padfone, Transformer Pad Infinity (TF700T) and Transformer Pad 300 series, have all been priced in Italy. Sadly, they are pretty expensive, we hoped that since Taiwan is a small market the price would be higher but it appears they are in line.

The Asus Padfone will sell for 699 EUR, which translates into about $918 which includes the tablet dock, the keyboard dock is an additional 149 EUR ($195). Expect to find this on the street in mid-May.

The Asus Transformer Pad Infinity (TF700T) will cost 599 EUR ($788) for the 64GB Wi-Fi only version and will be out on June 10.

The Asus Transformer Pad 300 will go for 399 EUR for the 32GB Wi-Fi only model, with 3G version selling for 100 EUR more and will arrive mid-May

wow the padfone is an epic fail for way less than 900 you can get both a cellphone and a decent tab. This price for me is a 10 tab, a decent net book and an android phone.
