Sony was late to the tablet game releasing the two Nvidia Tegra 2 devices, the Sony Tablet S and dual screen Tablet P a few months ago.  With the release of Tegra 3 the two tablets are already out of date and it’s not surprising that Sony would be working on their next generation tablet.  Looks like once again an ambitious developer has run Nemamark 1 and the results have been uncovered by Japanese site Ambelo.

Sony V150 is the name of the mysterious new tablet according to the specifications of the Nenamark benchmark. The new Sony tablet also has a Sony has a quad-core 1.4GHz Nvidia Tegra 3 processor and is running Android 4.0. It appearent has the same display resolution as the Sony Tablet S at 1280 x 752 pixels (WXGA). The device was tested only once, with a total score of 59.70.

Sony is defiantly testing out new tablets, but there is no telling is the reference device uncovered was actually comprised of the specifications of their up coming product.
