Looks like ASUS is coming out with A new Eee PC the 1005PX which we assume is the upgraded version of the 1005p & pe. Actually it might even be a down grade as there are less USB ports then the 1005P. As per the information on the companies website, It sports the out door ready matte 10.1-inch screen with a 1024×600 resolution. Under the hood we have a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor either 1GB or 2GB of RAM, as specified by users, and include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 and a 0.3-megapixel webcam.
It comes with many options starting with Windows 7 Starter Edition or XP on either 160GB, 250GB or 320GB hard drives. The six-cell battery life is rated at up to 8.5 hours and weighs 2.8lbs and will be available in black, white, blue, pink or red.
No word on price of availability.
