We’ve been following Pixel-Qi display’s for quite some time but seeing actual products on the market has been something that we haven’t been able to do do much reporting on. At CeBit 2012 we found a Chinese Shenzhen manufacturer, Joyplus that has come out with the M10PQ that sports the sun light readable Pixel Qi display.

The Joyplus M10PQ features a 10 display with a 1280 × 800 screen resolution running a Samsung ARM Cortex-A8 1 GHz single processor comes up, 512 MB RAM and 4 GB of internal memory. It is running a Android 2.3.5 “Gingerbread” but is planning on skipping Honeycomb and heading straight to Android 4.0 or Ice Cream Sandwich. on the M10PQ. There is a single front facing camera, microSD card slot, SIM card slot and headphone jack. There are also options for WLAN and 3G.
We got to go hands on at CeBit this week, here is our video
