Toshiba showed off the AT270, the 7.7 inch tablet at CES and now we’ve seen it again here at Mobile World Congress, it’s still a prototype but it runs flawlessly. It seems like Toshiba is feeling pretty confident about the design we saw at CES, because barely anything has changed. For starters, it’s thin — thin on the level of the 10-inch AT200. Which is to say, it’s skinny in the wide world of tables, but especially so next to one of those chubby Thrives.

It has a large 7.7 inch display with 1280 x 800 resolution on that comes with Tegra 3 chipset, 1 GB, and Android 4.0. Like its big brother, the Toshiba 7.7 AT270 also impresses us with its very thin profile. It also has a Super AMOLED display which we didn’t expect! Also on board: dual cameras of unknown resolutions, as well as an exposed microSD slot, volume rocker, 3.5mm headphone jack and USB socket.
Unfortunately we could not get any information at the NVIDIA booth regarding pricing or availability.
