If you’ve got the original ASUS Transformer Prime we’ve got a bit of bad news, ASUS Singapore has just released an update via Facebook letting everyone know that March is now the likely time frame.  Owners of the original hybrid tablet had to wait until the 2nd generation TF201 Transformer Prime got the ICS update because ASUS only has one team working on software updates.  On top of that Chinese New Year happened during the last week of January and the first week and a bit of February, I bet it took them longer to get going after their only holiday of the year than expected.

There is a delay but at least you know that you’re going to have to wait a few more weeks until you get all that Android 4.0 goodness.  We’re hopeful that they’ll have it out on time and at least before the 2nd quarter of 2012.

The Transformer you are speaking of is not the Prime.  Its just transformer.  Good job knowing the products you are reporting about.
