Gigabyte has released a new motherboard overclocking app, called Cloud OC. Rockson Chang walks us through the web-based app most commonly used on netbooks by overclockers during overclocking competitions. An internal network is created through with the iPad or netbook to remotely access their OC settings on the fly which the tests and benchmarks are running. Prior to Cloud OC only pro motherboards would come with buttons allowing the competitor to alter the speed 1 GHz at a time. Cloud OC also shows realtime shots of your motherboards voltages and temperatures to monitor your PC is running, there are also additional features like turning your PC on/off, hibernate, or sleep.
