The Raspberry Pi Foundation has just announced that the production of their boards are slightly delayed but will be available on February 20th. Before this HD capable goodness shows up on your front door they are to be shipped to the UK where they will undergo some finally tweaks. If you’re wondering what exactly caused the delay it looks like the quartz crystal package the Raspberry Pi board uses has been replaced by a different model and inventory for that specific part was low.

The BCM2835′s datasheet was also announced but to be honest there won’t be many people who will understand what’s going on, I mean the abbreviated version is 205 pages long. But if you’ve got an IEEE-certification then maybe this is your thing, if it click here.
