Update: Our HP Pavilion DM1z review is up. Go read.
Peter over at Netbooked has unboxed the DM1a which in the rest of the world is the DM1z featuring the AMD Athlon II Neo K125 and ATI Radeon HD 4225 graphics, which is essentially the ION alternative.
There are a new note worthy things in Peter’s initial impressions of the device. The SIM card slot is just a dummy and thought the unit is easy to upgrade but has an empty mini PCI-e slot with no connector soldered on board. We’ll keep an eye out for the full review but in the meantime here is the unboxing with first impressions.
