Samsung South Africa blog has posted a picture then taken it down of what looks like a 7 inch Samsung tablet, called the Samsung Galaxy Tab. We don’t have anything else to add about the tablet apart from it appears to running Google Android with the same UI as the Samsung Galaxy S smartphone.
To add fuel to the fire Korea Herald is reporting that Samsung has more then one tablet up their sleeve, they have three!! It looks like they will be introducing the sPad this August running an Android OS. To keep the holiday gift buying momentum up for Christmas an 8 inch tablet is in the works for October, followed by a 10 inch version in December. The treo of Samsung tablets are meant to be featuring 3G through SK Telecom in Korea. No word on price or availability or if they will actually leave the Korean border. But the fact that Samsung’s South African blog posted the picture of the Galaxy Tab gives points to a global release.
