Netbook News got a peak at the 1016P at CeBIT and at Computex 2010 and we are pleased to announce that is has appeared in the FCC and will be making its US debut in in the next month or so.
The Eee PC 1016P is a 10 inch netbook and similar to most others it has a 1024 x 600 screen resolution. We aren’t sure if it is going to be the versions that have popped up with the N450, N455 at 1.66Ghz or N475 at 1.83Ghz processor. The rest of the netbook is pretty standard 1GB RAM, a 160 or 250GB hard drive as well as Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 3.0. We aren’t surprised to note that there is optional support for built-in 3G or WiMAX.
If you wanted to see how the 1016P compares to the 1015 and the 1018 Sascha goes through the ASUS Eee Pc line up from Computex.
