ASUS Eee PC 1025C & 1025CE Netbooks Before Christmas?

ASUS looks like its going to have its first netbooks with the Intel Atom “Cedar Trail” platform, hitting the streets before Christmas. What we’ve got here are some photos of a recently published edition of the ASUS in house magazine. The ASUS Eee PC 1025C and 1025CE are being touted as potential Christmas presents.

The 10.1″ netbooks will likely feature the Intel Atom N2600 and N2800 processors are a smaller 32nm. They will run at 1.66GHz and 1.83GHz frequencies have integrated graphics for HD playback and consume 3.5 and 6.5 watts. With a 6-cell battery you’ll get 12 hours of use and an estimated 21 days of standby time. It’s also going to come with an HDMI, USB 3.0 ports have a to 500GB along with WiFi and Bluetooth. Its going to weigh in at 1.25kg and measure in at 262 x 178 x 20.7 ~ 34.4 mm.

The difference between the the Eee PC 1025C and 1025CE is the CE will be the high end version. Its going to come in eight colors (black, blue, red, gray, white matte, glossy white, pink and brown) and will be the exclusive 1025C, the 1025CE will have a choice of pink, blue and purple.
