Above you’ll find a walk through of the final design of the WePad and below is part 2 of the interface walk through.

Looks like the 11.6-inch WePad tablet is actually the real deal, Neofine finally got sick of hearing how its product didn’t work and provided a working sample. It was shown off to a room full of German journos and the Netbook News team was among them in the front row.

We can see the slick vertical UI is functional. Full screen YouTube videos were choppy, but they played, and the Atom N450 CPU loaded OpenOffice and flipped through browser windows in a snappy manner.

    Amen to that! But it looks like all of the iPad competitors are averaging 6 hr.

    My question is where are all the Tegra tablets? Why do I keep hearing that its lack of OEM support that is stopping them from coming out!

    I can’t wait for Computex to see who has moved past prototype and into product!!
