At IFA 2011 we got a quick walk through ofA quick look at a couple of Coby tablets at IFA 2011. Most of them have an 1GHz Cortex A8 processor and run android 2.3 gingerbread without the android market or google apps.

The MID1125, like the MID1024 still sports the same design, a “high-speed” 1GHz processor (probably the same Samsung build Cortex-A8), 4GB of internal storage, a 10-inch 1024 x 600 multi-touch capacitive display, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, HDMI output, a front-facing VGA camera and the AppsLib marketplace. It weighs 1.5 pounds and comes in at 0.63-inches thick.

These are the tablets that Coby will be presenting at the IFA in September and then will appear in Germany:

Coby 7-inch Cyrus MID7019 for 139 €
1GHz Cortex A8, Android 2.2 Froyo, front-camera
special: only resistive touch screen, all others have a capacitive

Coby 7-inch Cyrus MID7022 for 219 €
1GHz Cortex A8 Android 2.3 Gingerbread, front camera

Coby 7-inch Cyrus MID7207 for 399 €
1GHz Cortex A8, Android 2.2 Froyo, front-camera
special: cameras on the back and an integrated UMTS / HSDPA modem

Coby 8-inch Cyrus MID 8027 for 259 €
1GHz Cortex A8 Android 2.3 Gingerbread, front camera

Coby 8-inch Cyrus MID8128 for 379 €
1GHz Cortex A8 Android 2.3 Gingerbread, front-camera
special: Integrated GPS, supports UMTS Sticks

Coby 10 inch Cyrus MID1126 for 299 €
1GHz Cortex A8 Android 2.3 Gingerbread, front camera

Coby 10 inch Cyrus MID1125 for 379 €
1GHz Cortex A8 Android 2.3 Gingerbread, front-camera
special: supports UMTS Sticks

So this is the run down on the Coby Cyrus Tablets, which we had a look at during IFA in Berlin.  The one thing that we notice about the Coby pricing that is a little strange is that there is an 80€ difference just because the tablet supports UMTS sticks or 3G?  Check out our hands on video below walking through these budget tablets.
