Apple took Samsung to court back in April over patent violations of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and a few weeks ago a German court ruled in favor banning sale of the tablet across Europe. Samsung tried to argue that they should be able to continue selling their tablets through out Europe and only be barred for sales in Germany until their court date on September 9th. It worked for a bit but Samsung has lost.

Today a court has ruled that the preliminary injunction isn’t going anywhere and Samsung won’t be able to sell the tablet until the next court date on September 9th. So if you are looking for a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 you’ll to wait and see if they win or head to the US or Netherlands where they are still being sold.

If you’re thinking that this ruling might be an indication that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is going to loose because of this ruling, you’d be wrong. All this means is that Samsung didn’t convince the court to rule in their favor on the preliminary injunction. The big day is September 9th, so make sure you’re keeping any eye out then.
