As you have probably noticed over the weekend thanks to your Adobe Readers automatic update that you’re been issued a security update. The intention of the update was to ensure that potential vulnerabilities are closed. In the last quarter of 2009, more than 80 percent of the attacks on the Internet were due to plug-ins aimed at browsers. In addition to making your browsing experience more secure it gives you the option to access the faster Lite version of the Adobe PDF reader. If you haven’t had to open any PDFs this weekend, I’d find a reason to and check it out.
