Samsungs NB30 has to be one of my favorite netbooks is you need something with solid build quality, its actually a rugged netbook. If you feel lucky you can even spill a cup of coffee on it, a small cup of coffee, but a cup of coffee. This tough netbook has not specified which touchscreen its going to be sporting but since it looks kind of semi glossy it’s probably safe to say it’s a resistive touch screen. No word on multitouch either, but it is running Windows 7 Starter Edition which is restricted to single touch, but no word on if you upgrade the O/S you’ll get full multitouch functionality.
The touch screen version will only cost you 20Euros more, which in my opinion you should upgrade with out giving it a second thought!!
