Samsung is slated to begin production of the a new 7″ version of the Super AMOLED display, according to etnews. The new display will have a higher resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels and feature the same stunning features as the screen’s we can find in their smartphones. This production run comes in time with rumors that a new 7″ Samsung Galaxy Tab will be hitting the streets in September with a debut happening at IFA in Berlin which means it could happen as soon as September 1st on the press event day.

Additional rumors include the tablet featuring Samsung’s Exynos processor and it could come with Android 2.3 or even 3.2 which is the 7″ tablet specific version that is also rumored to be hitting the streets this fall. If the new 7″ is a sexy and stylish as the 10.1 (fingers crossed with out the patent problems) we’re in store for one sexy tablet!!
