The Acer Iconia Tab A500 just got Android 3.1 so it seems safe to assume that the first Tegra 2 tablet, the Motorola Xoom, is going to be getting Android 3.2 any day now.  Well, we aren’t so sure about that, but it seems that someone making an inquiry of Google regarding Issue 16992 for Honeycomb 3.1 which has to do with an Exchange error. That error will apparently be fixed with Honeycomb 3.2, but apart from that we’re just gossiping.  The thing about this rumor is however, that we’ve heard that we’ll be getting the Android 3.2 update a few weeks from June 20th, and if I’m flipping through my calendar it does appear to be a few weeks from June 20th. We expect to see this roll out on the Motorola Xoom first since since it was the first to get 3.1 and its the first honeycomb tablet to market.

What else is coming with Android 3.2 Honeycomb? Well we do know that Android 3.2 will be the last Honeycomb point upgrade before Google opens up the Ice Cream Sandwich. 3.2 will offer support for Qualcomm processors in addition to the NVIDIA Tegra 2 silicon that we find in all of today’s 10″, which we expected since the ASUS Memo & Huawei Media Pad run on Snapdragon.  3.2 will also offer some bug fixes and improved hardware acceleration, as well as updates to Movie Studio, Movies, Music and widgets.  We can wait! Now let the roll out begin!
