Jolicloud has now a desktop mode available with their latest update. We are starting to see it look a bit more like a traditional Operating System interface. This new look is going to be great hooked up to external monitor or on netbooks sporting a resolution larger the 1024 x 600 because all the windows might leave you searching for your spectacles with all the windows now in play. If you can’t figure out where to make this change, well just head to the “Preferences” section. We can’t wait for the ability to customize the wallpaper as this missing feature makes me think of the limitation in Windows 7 Starter Edition. Fingers crossed the add this feature in the next update!
We grabbed these pics from Peter over at Netbooked on his Samsung N140 netbook running Jolicloud, in desktop mode.
