We were able to get some 3D gaming prototype demos at GDC but it seems that some of the coolest demos were happening in Mumbai with the Tegra 250 running Unreal Engine 3 demo.
Tegra 250 has 8 independent processors that are capable of handling 1080p HD video playback both decoding and encoding so YouTube in HD will be something that can happen no problem! Speaking of all things internet it will support Adobe Flash 10.1 acceleration and Open GL ES 2.0 specifications.
And to geek out on you a bit this SoC has 32-bit LP-DDR2 memory and has up to 12-megapixel camera sensor support not that one of these tablet devices has every really supported anything over a 2 MegaPixel camera, but if you wanted to you could go that extra mile.
