The 10-inch slab of Honeycomb and Tegra 2 that is the Acer Iconia Tab A501 finds itself with an extra digit over the A500 at the FCC today, signalling the 3G version that is heading to AT&T as announced back in March. The filing shows support for GSM 850, 1900 and W-CDMA II and V bands with support for HSPA protocols but no mention of HSPA+ and Android 3.0 on board although 3.1 would be a safe bet on release when it hits its expected schedule at the end of this month.
