An explosion rocked the Foxconn operated, Chengdu production facility in China at 19:10 local time where many of the Apple are produced. Details are still a bit sketchy but the word is that 6 or 7 people have already been seen by doctors. Early reports indicate 10 firetrucks, 10 ambulances as well as many police vehicles arrived to retain control of the situation. “Super light dust” has been blamed for the incident. Local press has been warned to stay clear of the facility do to the potential for more explosions.
