Qualcomm’s mirasol team had their demo device in full swing at MobileFocus last night, but what was more interesting was their information about shipping e-readers using the low-power display technology. They’ve confirmed that the first mirasol-based unit is expected in fall 2010, and while they won’t reveal who’ll be using the panel they have said it will be shipping with a capacitive touchscreen.
