How about that? A couple of videos show that you can run Windows 7 on your brand new ASUS Eee Pad Transformer and if you’re not a fan of that trackpad or want a larger keyboard, just plug in a keyboard and mouse into the keyboard dock with the provided 2x USB 2.0 ports.

One step closer towards replacing your x86 netbook, but yet still not quite there yet. First, Windows 7 has to be streamed to the tablet (with one of ASUS’ provided apps) from another computer which needs to be on with an internet connection and running Windows. Second, there seems to be no real right-click functionality in Android Honeycomb, it’s just “menu back” at the system level but perhaps apps can hook into that and do their own thing? like they can with the mouse cursor for scrolling / zooming as it works in some apps, not others.

This would be amazing if it works you could then use an internet dongel because the Eee Pad Andriod cannot.
