Apple’s iPad 2 announcement came at a good time. Early enough to force Samsung to make and announce a thinner Galaxy Tab 10.1 before either versions of the 10.1 are released so we’ve got a choice before buying. If you’ve got your sights set on a 10-incher and thinness and weight is on the top of your tablet list criteria, you’ll definitely want to check out this video comparing both the the top contenders – this new thin Galaxy Tab 10.1 and the iPad 2.
The Galaxy Tab 10.1 is just a little larger than the iPad, naturally, given the iPad comes with a slightly smaller 9.7-inch display vs the 10.1-inch one on Samsung’s. Viewing angles on both screens looking great and both looking just as thin as the other although I’m not sure exactly which one is actually thinner and lighter which I’m sure the guy in the video discusses a little bit about, but I don’t know a lick of Vietnamese.
