First spotted at CES at the start of the year in non-working prototype form, and promised to arrive once Honeycomb hit, the Dell Streak 10 looks like it could be launching in the summer, with Honeycomb, possibly as early as mid-June according to Forbes sources, who yesterday told us that Dell’s Windows 7 tablet will be arriving in fall. Furthermore, there are signs the tablet may not fall under the ‘Streak’ brand and as of right now, the sources say it is currently “unbranded”.
That backs up earlier appearances of Android tablet with no mention of any Streak branding. It showed up in an official Dell product sheet as the ’10-inch Android Tablet” in February, Michael Dell referred to it as an “iPad-sized tablet” when he tweeted about it at the end of January and Dell’s leaked tablet roadmap refers to it as the ‘Gallo’ (with handwriting recognition coming later in the year)
